Ketamine Assisted Therapy
$370+ per 2 hour block
In-person Ketamine-Assisted therapy is hosted at my office in 2-hour block sessions.

Insurance
I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of service. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers must give clients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including psychotherapy. You will receive a written Good Faith Estimate at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for that time, as is outlined in the Disclosures Agreement.

Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, though current afternoon/evening availability is limited. My schedule changes frequently, so feel free to reach out to discuss options.
My office is located in the Evergreen Mercantile Building, 1232 Bergen Parkway, Unit #210 (across from King Soopers and nextdoor to the Bagelry). The entrance for the second floor offices is on the left side of the building when approacing from the parking lot. For those client's coming up on 1-70, the office is approximately 2.5 miles from the Evergreen Parkway exit.

What are your rates?
My sessions are 55 minutes at $185/session. Ketamine sessions are booked in two-hour increments and priced at $370.
Do you accept insurance?
I am in-network with Crime Victim Compensation for Jefferson County. I no longer work with major insurance companies. I can, however, provide superbills for you to submit to insurance for full or partial reimbursement, depending on your plan details.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel with 24-hour (or more) advance notice, you will not be charged for the session. If you fail to arrive or cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged for the time in full.
Is your dog always at work with you?
Yes, Juno is a big part of the practice and well-loved within the surrounding community. If you prefer to not have Juno present, I can certainly accommodate the request. If, however, you are allergic to dogs, it is very likely not a good-fit.
